WHAT OUR FOOD & BEVERAGE – ALCOHOL SERVICE TEAM DOES 

Our F&B team members are the backbone of guest satisfaction. You’ll serve food and beverages, maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and ensure every guest enjoys a safe and pleasant experience. 

A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER’S DAY-TO-DAY 

• Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and assisting with inquiries. 
• Stay up to date on all current specials and promotions. 
• Assist guests with facility offerings to ensure a positive experience. 
• Prepare and sell food items; restock items and kitchens as needed. 
• Handle cash transactions, including operating POS systems and registers. 
• Maintain daily operation of food service areas. 
• Assist with merchandising functions as needed. 
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in work areas. 
• Adhere to proper alcohol handling procedures and maintain compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. 
• Maintain appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items. 
• Pass TIPS certification. 
• Multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently with minimal direction. 
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. 
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs. 

WHAT IT TAKES 

• Minimum age: 18 (NC/FL/CA) or 21 (IL). 
• Strong customer service skills. 
• Excellent multitasking abilities. 
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. 
• Basic math skills for cash handling. 
• Currently enrolled in high school or a high school diploma/equivalent.

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

Typical entertainment and waterpark environment where you’ll walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with some assistance. You’ll work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain highly alert throughout your shift.
